OSHA Training NYC DOB Requirement (Local Law 196)
Local Law 196 requires construction and demolition workers in NYC’s 5 boroughs to complete a minimum of 30 hours of training, while supervisors must complete 62 hours by May 2nd, 2026. All individuals must also obtain the appropriate Site Safety Training (SST) card upon completion.
