The 2-Hour Tool Box Talks (SST-304) program focuses on short, structured safety discussions conducted before work begins, helping teams stay informed and reduce job site risks.

This Site Safety Training (SST) course explains the purpose, format, expectations, and delivery methods of Tool Box Talks. Participants learn how to communicate safety topics clearly, reinforce hazard awareness, and promote a culture of accountability on construction sites.

The 2-Hour Tool Box Talks (SST-304) course is considered awareness-level training. It may be applied toward the required hours when applying for a Site Safety Training Card under Local Law 196. However, this course does not provide additional certifications or authorize individuals to perform specific regulated tasks.
