OSHA & SST training is available every month at MN Safety Consulting in New York City. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, employers are responsible for providing a safe and healthy workplace — and NYC Local Law 196 makes proper OSHA & SST certification mandatory for construction workers across all five boroughs.

• 10 Hour OSHA Construction Training — Entry-level construction safety covering hazard identification, Focus Four, and PPE. Earns 1.0 CEU.
• 30 Hour OSHA Construction Outreach — Advanced program for supervisors covering 29 CFR 1926 standards, fall protection, and scaffolding. Earns 3.0 CEUs.
• 30 Hour OSHA General Industry Outreach — For supervisors in non-construction settings covering 29 CFR 1910, LOTO, and hazardous materials. Earns 3.0 CEUs.
• OSHA 8-HR Confined Space Awareness Training — For workers who enter or supervise permit-required confined spaces. Covers OSHA Subpart AA. Earns 0.8 CEUs.
• OSHA 10 Hour Maritime Longshoring — For longshore and maritime cargo workers under 29 CFR 1919. Earns 1.0 CEU.

SST Courses

• 32 Hour SST Bundle — Mandatory supervisor package covering fall prevention, Chapter 33, scaffold, drug & alcohol, pre-task meetings, and site safety plan. Required for NYC DOB Supervisor SST Card.
